Crisis communication has become one of the major corner stones of crisis management. Bad media performance cannot be compensated, whereas bad operational management can be compensated by an excellent media performance. Crisis communication has been rapidly developing due to the introduction of the social media. Excellent crisis communication plans of a few years ago may be useless in this new area and should be rewritten.
During the first part of the training program you will be briefed about recent developments of crisis communication and the imperative to rewrite your communication plans: what are the important strategies in crisis communication and what are the major do’s and don’ts in dealing with the press?
During the second part you will receive realistic scenarios and get the opportunity of sitting in the hot seat of a spokesman.
